We can supply single or double leaf doors and we offer a full range of locking, security and closing parts to suit whatever application the client requires
Our standard door spec:
The steel frame is constructed from 14 swg zintec, and the door leaf from 16swg and has an outer & inner skin with channels bracing the two together, with rockwool infill.
The door & frame are hinged together with heavy duty butt hinges. 3 no to single door sets . These hinges are welded to the frame & door to obtain maximum security. There is also a security peg through the hinge door & frame when the door is closed.
Door sets have a flat sill with brush seals fixed to the door to enable easy transport of goods into the store area. There is also an anti – lever plate on every door set 65mm x 65mm thick to prevent crow bar access between frame & door on the lock side.
Our std door sets when fitted include 10 dta bolts -100mm long, 2 no at the top each side,2 no in the middle each side & 2 no at the bottom each side. A further 2 no are fitted in the threshold making i4 no in total.
The frame is then sealed with high module silicone which comforms with 855889 part b.
Fire rating is 1hr but on double doors this can be increased to 4hrs
